In addition to consultancy, Media-Alliance offers 3 support levels:
• 1st level support: from local partners (System Integrators and Distributors or our local staff) that have been trained to provide advice and onsite technical intervention
• 2nd level support: by our staff. Usually this kind of support is provided remotely, through Internet, in cooperation with local partner or directly with client. Most cases (even 99%) can be successfully managed remotely; in case remote support will fail, one of our engineers is always ready to travel on site. In some countries, for example China and Russia, we have local personnel able to provide direct local support.
• Web Level Support: this is board or forum that it is opened per each new project deployment. Only authorized personnel of the client or of our local partner can access this forum. Each user with appropriate access rights can open a topic, post a message or answer to it. All users of the board are promptly informed by e-mail, to assure immediate reaction. This board serves also as incident tracking.

Media-Alliance WEB Forum is used for both technical support and general information. Dedicated forum is available per each product and one forum is dedicated to News. Each user with appropriate rights can open a topic or post or read or answer to a message.

Once in, you get following GUI:
First time you have to “REGISTER” (top right) providing your information and specific forum to which you want to participate. In 24 hrs or less, you will receive an e-mail enabling you to access it. Once you are inside that forum, you have to “SUBSCRIBE” (bottom left) in order to receive e-mail each one a topic is open or message posted. You can participate to more than one forum. Users that are not registered for a specific forum can’t read or even view other forums.
